Return Policy

Product Inspection Period

Except for certain products such as perishable foods, customized products, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, opened audiovisual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, personal hygiene products that have been opened, and other reasonable exceptions under the "Criteria for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to Communication Transaction Cancellation Rights," a product inspection period of 7 days (including holidays) begins from the time the product arrives in your hands.


If you have a return request, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide information such as your name, order number, contact phone number, name of the product you wish to return, reason for return, and photos. Customer service will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Policy

1. Returned products must be unused and free from human-caused defects, damage, or malfunction. The 7-day inspection period protected by the Consumer Protection Law is only for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs. It is not a trial period for the product. If this store has reminded you, please keep the original packaging (including the outer packaging box). Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.


2. The following cases are not eligible for return:

a. Products beyond the 7-day inspection period.

b. Products that have been opened and used or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt.

c. Returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, invoice, or accessories.

d. Malicious or excessive returns.


Return Process

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide collection time, contact information, and address → Logistics appointed by the store will handle the collection. 


Refund Policy.

For credit card payments: After confirming the successful return, the refund will be directly credited back to the original credit card account.

For cash on delivery payments: After confirming the successful return, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided.


Exchange Policy

Exchange products must be unused and free from human-caused defects, damage, or malfunction. If this store has reminded you, please keep the original packaging (including the outer packaging box). Otherwise, exchanges will not be accepted.


Exchange Process

If you and the store agree to proceed with an exchange, please process it as a return for the original order and place a new order with the store. The store will only issue an invoice for the difference and collect or refund the applicable fees. If there is no difference, no further action is needed.
