General Terms

1. Orders placed online are processed daily from Monday to Friday with an order confirmation sent within 24 hours.

2. Enjoy free delivery to HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories for any purchase over HK$ 700 (Not applicable for Remote/Restricted area surcharge). Free delivery fee is included for below Remote/Restricted areas.

3. Goods will be delivered in three to five working days upon order confirmation (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).

4. Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

5. All pictures for reference only.

6. Only deliver within Hong Kong

7. Our products are entirely handmade, so each product may have variations in shape and weight.

8. In case of disputes, the decision of Manen Bakery shall be final and binding.
