陳月平師傅

Månen 品牌的餅藝大師 — 陳月平師傅,自少年時代開始鑽研烘培技術,憑藉熱情、經驗和對完美食譜的追求,製作出美味非凡的甜品,在世界甜品比賽中屢獲殊榮。陳月平師傅曾任新加坡和香港酒店知名的甜品總廚,自 1995 年開始於新加坡經營人氣甜品店,擁有超過 40 年豐富甜品經驗,在全球享負盛名。

 

陳月平師傅以酒店大師級甜品造詣,為 Månen 製作出高品質的曲奇,其中杏仁曲奇更是當年得獎之作,期望把這份經典美味呈獻給香港。
